OCS sessions are conducted via email, instant messenger, Skype/Whatsapp calls, or telephone counselling.

If you have a concern that’s not on our list, you're welcome to contact us to see if we can help.

Alternative support and referring on

We do not provide distance therapy for Eating Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, certain Addictions, severe Mental ill-health, Crisis support, Therapist's Supervision and counselling for anyone under the age of 18.

If we're unable to provide you with sessions, we may offer assistance so you get alternative help. "Part of being a good Therapist includes knowing when you're not the right Therapist for a client's needs." We put your well-being first.
