How to book Online Counselling and Telephone Therapy sessions
We provide Online Counselling via Email, Instant Chat and VoIP. Telephone Counselling using your mobile or landline is also offered. We also offer Culturally sensitive therapy and reduced rate counselling for companies and students. We believe in strengthening the counselling bond, you will be supported by the same Counsellor throughout your time with us. This will also save you from having to repeat your story.
Follow 3 quick steps to receive Counselling
1. Pay - Visit the secure fees page, select and pay for your preferred method of Counselling.
2. Email us (see below for information to submit for your chosen service).
3. You'll receive a welcome email from your Counsellor and slot confirmation, you'll then have your session.
What information should I submit when booking my session?
Email Counselling
After making your payment, please email your issue or problem within 3 days to Faith, our experienced Email Counsellor. You will receive a therapeutic response as soon as possible. Please ensure that you check your spam/junk folder for a reply.
Instant Messenger Counselling
After making your payment, contact us within 3 days and inform us of your Skype ID or WhatsApp number. Please include your day to day availability and brief details about what you wish to chat about (a couple of sentences). You'll receive a response confirming the time/date (or an alternative will be offered) and you'll be added to your Counsellor's messenger list.
VoIP Counselling
After making your payment, contact us within 3 days and inform us of your Skype I.D/WhatsApp number and your day to day availability. Please include brief details about what you wish to talk about (a sentence or two will do). You'll receive a response confirming the time/date (or an alternative will be offered) and you'll be added to your Counsellor's Skype voice contact list.
Telephone Counselling
If you opt to receive a call from us - We will incur all calling charges. We call both landlines and mobiles.
After making your payment, contact us within 3 days and inform us of your telephone number and day to day availability. Please include brief details about what you wish to talk about (a sentence or two). You'll receive a response confirming the time and date for your confidential telephone session (or an alternative list of availability will be offered).
If you prefer to call us - Provide the information above, when your Counsellor replies you will be given a contact telephone number.
Extra information
Services are provided worldwide for individuals aged 18 and over.
24 hour Online and Telephone counselling is available - subject to availability. You may request any time, if your desired slot has not already been filled you may have your session at that time. Alternative slots will always be provided for you to choose from if your request is unavailable.
