You have the choice of using Email, Instant Chat, VoIP or Telephone to receive your therapeutic session. We believe in strengthening the Counselling bond, you will be supported by the same Counsellor throughout your time with us. This will also save you from having to repeat your story.
Services are provided worldwide for individuals aged 18 and over. Sessions are available 24 hours - subject to availability. This means that you may request any time within the 24 hour day. If your requested slot has not already been filled you may have your session at that time. A wide range of alternative availability will be provided for you to choose from if your requested slot has already been filled.

- Select the amount of sessions you would like to order.
- Feel free to order our popular service package bundles; you can save up to 25%.
- Once you've made your selection click the appropriate secure Paypal payment tab and follow the necessary prompts.

For Email Counselling or Coaching
*You may have read in the media that the older Hotmail and Yahoo accounts do at times have issues receiving/sending email. You may wish to use or sign up for the more stable and secure Gmail.
*Please note that Email Counselling sessions are charged per 1000 words. If you submit 1001 - 2000 words we ask that you ensure you have paid for 2 email counselling sessions.
For Instant Chat Counselling or Coaching
After making your payment contact us within 3 days and inform us of your messenger I.D - Skype or Google Talk/Hangouts. Please also include your day to day availability and what you feel you wish to chat about (a couple of sentences). You'll receive a response confirming the time/date (or an alternative will be offered) and you'll be added to your Counsellor's messenger list.
For VoIP calling Counselling or Coaching
After making your payment contact us within 3 days and inform us of your Skype I.D, and your day to day availability. Please include what you feel you wish to talk about (a couple of sentences). You'll receive a response confirming the time/date (or an alternative will be offered) and you'll be added to your Counsellor's voice chat messenger list.
For Telephone Counselling or Coaching.
If you opt to receive a call from us:
We will incur all calling charges.
After making your payment contact us within 3 days and inform us of your telephone number and day to day availability. Please include what you feel you wish to talk about (a couple of sentences). You'll receive a response confirming the time and date for your confidential telephone session or an alternative list of availability will be offered.
If you prefer to call us:
Provide the information above, when your Counsellor replies you will be given a contact telephone number.
A special note regarding booking session times and dates - We're happy to accept your preferred session times/date but requested slots are provided subject to availability. You'll receive an email confirming your request or alternative availability will be provided for you to choose from.
*We advise that you book as much in advance as possible and provide multiple time frames. As we do have many clients we operate fairly on a first book first serve basis.
